For people who smoke every day
Weed-free in a month.
Pick a date this week and stop on it. The physical side of it is mostly behind you inside a fortnight, and by the end of the month you'll know what a clear head feels like again.
Three days free, with everything unlocked.

Ten seconds a day, and someone there at 2am.

Talk when it bites
An AI that has read the book and nothing else, so it won't wander into advice it has no business giving. Helplines are one tap away.
Five stages, in the order they happen.
Short recordings in the author's own voice, two or three minutes each, and the next one opens when you get there. There's no schedule to keep up with, and nothing to catch up on if you fall behind.

A support network, then the workshops, then the book.
He writes as Clearhead. Two or three years after he stopped, he and his friend Adrienne built an online support network for people trying to do the same, and the in-person Clearhead workshops grew out of that. The Quit Cannabis Handbook came out of those rooms, and later he worked with psychotherapist Angela Jullings to record the hour of hypnotherapy that's in the app.
The app is built by someone who has spent nearly a decade on mental health products used by more than a hundred million people, and now works in clinical intelligence and AI. Neither of us is a doctor, and this isn't treatment.
“Weed used to be the most important relationship in my life. More important than my family, my friends, my partner, my work, even my own mental health.”
